A rurouni meets a shinobi
Every fan, at least once, has dreamed of joining some of their beloved franchises into one single adventure. No wonder, when official crossovers are announced there is a lot of hype in social networks and fandoms. But official crossovers are rare by rivalry of companies, by distinctions between universes that would make such a meeting unfeasible, disinterested by its copyrighted owners, and so on.
But the story is different when it comes to fans. You can find on the internet a variety of comics, illustrations, animations, games, etc. And what we have here is something along those lines.
