Cutting blocks to make a classic Rurouni Kenshin song really does seem appropriate somehow

"Beat Saber is a VR rhythm game where your goal is to slash the beats which perfectly fit into precisely handcrafted music." Says the game description.

Rurouni Kenshin is an anime/manga samurai classic. Although, curiously Kenshin is not really a samurai. In any case, the series still lives in the hearts of many fans around the world. And the new manga being published is a reminder of the old and good days from the 90's.

And with current technology, we occasionally see something new being made by fans. "Beat Saber" is a game that uses the current level of virtual reality available to challenge the player to cut blocks to make music. It's basically a type of "Guitar Hero" in a 3D environment. The gameplay seems simple by description, but with varying speeds and patterns, it can become an interesting, and sometimes frustrating, challenge.

The opening and ending songs from Rurouni Kenshin are enchanting. So, a sword game that makes music? Eventually someone would put things together. That's what the youtube user "Monteblanco" did. You can check the video here:
